During a Phone Consultation, you will receive an in-depth evaluation to analyze your current health status and health history. All questions concerning your health (mind and body) will be addressed, and you will be educated on various do's and don'ts regarding food and herbal supplements.
After the consultation concludes, an individualized program will be created and emailed to you. This program will include wellness strategies, a personalized nutritional food plan, and recommended supplements to help you achieve your health goals.
